Working Meetings
Working Meetings will be held at WS Town Hall. This time will be dedicated to general planning, organizing tasks, and general volunteer questions. Plenty of organizational tasks and festival banter for anyone to jump in!

Build & Paint
Build & Paint days will be hosted at the WS Town Salt Shed (behind WS Water Treatment Plant). These dates will be dedicated to crafting and painting festival decor, sprucing up and assembling festival games, booths, signage and other fest prep. A fun easy-going time for any and all to hang out with folks and get creative!

Hang out with friends, neighbors and meet some new folks by pitching in to help prepare and run this year’s festival! This is what it’s all about. The WSZF is only made possible when you and all of the great folks in our community come together. Any time you can give is welcome and appreciated!
